[OSDC Israel News] Talk categorization

I have tried to create categories for the many talks we have
received and accepted. I have placed the list of categories on the
page where the schedule is going to be:

http://www.osdc.org.il/schedule.html

I would appreciate your help in making sure I setup the right categories and
thetalks were placed in the correct place (one talk can be in more than
one category).

I also would like to add some "marketing" text for each category that will
be placed on the pages displaying the talks of that category.
Please help me in writing these texts.
