4 tracks dedicated to Perl, Python, PHP and Ruby sound too much like Divide
and Conquer for me. One of the reasons for OSDC is for developers to learn
from each other and that includes from developers of other languages. I
suggest more general language-agnostic tracks.
Last year, my only presentation was scheduled at the Python room and at the
second half of a different presentation. As a result, I gave a Perl-focused
presentation to the Pythoneers.

I am willing to help with the site and with the backend code, assuming there
will be a way for me to get it up and running on my machine, which I couldn't
last year. At the moment, the codebase has many XSS vulnerabilities.

If it's not in my E-mail it doesn't happen. And if my E-mail is saying
one thing, and everything else says something else - E-mail will conquer.
