[OSDC Israel] Your "Present Continuous - Future Perfect" Talk

Hi Mr. Wall!

As you may be aware a recording of the presentation "Present Continuous - 
Future Perfect" which you gave at OSDC::Israel::2006 has been made available. 
Furthermore, in a volunteer effort, the talk has been transcribed to text

(Please don't publicise this link because it's on a slow link and in a Wiki).

However, the problem is that the talk is often somewhat hard to follow or 
understand because of the lack of slides. Are the slides for it available 
somewhere? If not, can you make them available and send me the link?
