[OSDC Israel] feedbacks from the conference

Peter's ideas should be considered for the next August Penguin.
Can you, Peter, make your ideas known to Hamakor (the August Penguin
organizers)?

The CPAN idea should be considered also for the next OSDC.  As well as
module libraries used in other scripting languages (Python, Scheme,
etc.).
