That sounds good eve though that's just naming.

I am more into explaining further who is eligible for such discount.
"People who pay for themselfs and don't get a refund from a company."
Maybe, on the payment page we can write something like this:
"I am aware that this is a non-profit conference.
If I don't play nice I take money out of the pocket from fellow developers"

BTW Steph and Amir I did not mean your or similar cases.
I got particulary angry by one comany that asked me for discount because
they were about to send 13 ppl. I gave them some discount as I though it is
fair and then a couple of hours later I started to see ppl from that company
paying individual fees. I think 7 or 8 ppl.
I belive that the people themself were not ones who decided to do this but
their manager.

I belive there will be still many people who come last minute as for various
objective reasons (work schedule etc) they don't know even 2-3 weeks
before if they can come or not. These are people mostly from companies
where - I belive and some of you confirmed that - the costlier part is the free
day not the entrance fee.

Maybe we can do something like this
Full price: 850 NIS for 3 days
Late bird: 650 NIS for 3 days (up till 1 week before the conference)
Early bird: 450 NIS for 3 days (up till 5 weeks before the conference)

1 day pass: ~ 50%?

Discounts for eligiable people:
Full Price: 850 NIS
Late bird: 290 NIS
Early bird: 190 NIS

1 day : ~ 50% discount

HaMakor members (if we get the sponsorship from HaMakor as we did in 2006)
    50 NIS discount.

That will bring the early bird price for one day for HaMakor members
to be ~ 45 NIS.

What do you think?
