I complained about quality of speakers.
If my boss was on the previous conference, I am not sure, I would be
able to convince him
to pay for the next one.
I can see few ways to improve the situation:
1. Public scoring system. I think, user should be able to put score
for every lecture.
May be it will not fix the situation for this conference, but for
the next one I will be able
to choose not only the talk but also the speakers. This also
applies to OSDC organizers.
For the next conference they will be able to select speakers.
2. May be you should build small groups of speakers and to force them
to work together.
3. Guide lines. Yes, OSDC can publish some documents/guide-lines that will help
speakers to prepare their talks.
