Any of the above or developers who are interested in any of the above
but are not doing it yet.
I think "opposing proprietary software" should NOT be the theme.
I don't know "etc" so I cant comment regarding that ;-)

My preference is the set of dynamic languages and the tools around.
I think having s single presentation about Java (or C++) isn't too interesting,
either there are several such presentations or none.
That's why I am looking for people who will lead/organize etc. these tracks.

There should be some generic guidelines. Someone has to write them soon :-)
