I really like this whole workshop direction!

If I am not mistaken it would be a half presentatation/half install party/
half BOF (that is, you get 50% extra for your time!)
so people who cannot bring their computers (e.g. no notebook available)
can also participate but if one brings her own computer things can be
setup right on the spot.

Is this the direction?
