You can print off a route from there. It's a couple of years out of date, 
and it's not necessarily using walkers' logic, but at least it gives clue.

Distance from Netanya station to the Academic College (going the long way 
around) is reported as 3.81km.

If your 'ivrit' is good enough, http://map.walla.co.il/ts.cgi is probably 
more up to date.
