I think that depends very much on the kind of questions you ask. You don't 
have to be a good speaker to have interesting content, for example. You 
don't have to have well-prepared slides to give a good presentation (though 
of course it helps). You could be a brilliant speaker but aim too low or too 
high for your audience (happens a lot) so they learn nothing. Or you might 
just be someone that nobody at the back can hear.

Fair point - it's a very different situation here from the international 
circuit.

I'd be against publishing them, I think they should be used as feedback for 
speakers and for conference organisers rather than as some public grading 
system. But again, intended usage is something that needs to be 100% clear 
before anyone lifts a finger to do any of the work involved.

:) You'd work on percentages. That one listener might have something helpful 
to say to you, or might just want to tell you you were brilliant and the 
lack of attendees wasn't your fault!
